The young adult community at Mission Church exists to carry and embody the good news about Jesus’s resurrection to the Rio Grande Valley and the world. We practice rhythms of spiritual growth, praise our Creator, and pursue the good of our city together. Our group, ages 20s-30s, includes a variety of life stages ranging from singles, married, those with young kids, young professionals, and college and graduate students. Our core practices—prayer, Scripture study, worship, and service—aim to cultivate a unique community of people who imitate our Savior and witness to His deep love in and for the world. All this is lived out of an identity rooted in the completed work of Christ on our behalf. We belong to Jesus Christ; in that freedom, we live life with God for the world. We hope you will join us to find relational refreshment and a rich study of Scripture through Sunday worship, social gatherings, and spiritual rhythms.
